Russell House is a non-profit organization that provides services to
victims of family violence and their children. We support the principle
that all individuals have a right to a life free of abuse and sexual
assault. We seek to break the cycle of violence through increasing
public awareness of the problem of domestic violence and sexual assault,
acting as advocates for victims, coordinating existing resources for
the benefit of survivors and providing safe environment for survivors.
Our Vision
Phelps County Family Crisis Services, Inc. strives to develop and maintain a confidential and supportive network that provides shelter, counseling and care for victims of domestic and sexual violence while educating our communities about prevention and the needs of victims and their families.
